If you arrive outside reception hours, a self-check-in terminal is available in the entrance area. Using your booking number, you can collect your room key at any time. - Reception is staffed daily from 6:30 am to 12:00 pm. Afternoon and evening hours vary depending on the season.

- From October to May, reception is open from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
- Outside opening hours, you may simply check in via our self-check-in terminal and collect your room key directly from the terminal. Payment is made directly at the terminal or in advance by online payment. In case of any issues with the self-check-in terminal, we are available by phone at any time.
- In order to prepare our guests’ check-in in the best possible way, we kindly ask you to inform us of your planned arrival time when making your reservation.
You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, 100% of the total price will be charged.
During the Christmas period (26th December to 6th January), different cancellation conditions apply:- free cancellation of the booked room is possible up to 7 days before arrival;
- to confirm the reservation, a deposit of €50.00 per room is required. A refund of the deposit is only possible up to 7 days before arrival;
- in the event of no-show or late cancellation, 100% of the total amount will be charged;
- if you arrive after 7:00 pm, please inform us in good time. Without notification, the room may be allocated to other guests if necessary.
- No, pets are not permitted either inside or outside the hotel.
- The hotel accepts no liability for forgotten items. Upon request, we can send the item to you; a €10 handling fee plus shipping costs will apply. Items are stored for 10 days and then disposed of appropriately.
