For hassle-free arrival and departure, you have the option to self-check-in, check-in online and pay online:
  1. Self-check-in terminal
    Flexible arrival
    If you have booked a room in advance, you can check in independently and collect your room card directly at the terminal from 2 p.m. to 3 a.m.
    Alternatively, you can book a free room on site and check in with your credit card.

  2. Online check-in
    for submitting guest information
    Enter your details before arrival to shorten the check-in process and save time. The link can be found in your booking confirmation and via the QR code in your room.

  3. Online payment
    for a smooth check-in and flexible check-out
    Use online payment to simplify your check-in and check-out and enjoy a hassle-free arrival and departure.

Our reception is staffed daily from 6.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. After that, the opening hours vary depending on the season.

Please check our opening hours by email or phone shortly before your arrival to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in!

Outside opening hours, you can simply check in via our self-check-in terminal and collect your room card directly here. If you have any questions or problems, you can always reach us by telephone.

With advance booking
Have you already booked your stay and will arrive outside reception hours? Then simply check yourself in and collect your room card directly at the terminal!
  1. Select language
  2. Click on “I have a reservation”
  3. Select your preferred search method (reservation number or last name)
  4. Enter the reservation numer or the last name
  5. Select "complete check-in"
  6. Payment by pin card or credit card (no AMEX and Diners - NO CASH)
  7. Take the room card

Your room number is on the room card. This also opens the entrance door and the garage (for bicycles and motorbikes only).

  1. Select language
  2. Click on “I have a reservation”
  3. Select available room
  4. Enter your name
  5. Payment by EC or credit card (AMEX and Diners are not accepted). The receipt or invoice will be available at reception from 6.30 a.m. onwards. Or you can also request the receipt or invoice by e-mail
  6. Take your room card

Your room number is on the room card and also opens the entrance door and the garage (for bicycles and motorbikes only).
