If you have booked a room in advance, you can check in independently and collect your room card directly at the terminal from 2 p.m. to 4 a.m. Alternatively, you can book a room on site and check in with your credit card.
Online check-in
Enter your details before arrival to shorten the check-in process and save time.

Use online payment to simplify check-out. This way, you can leave early in the morning without any stress!

Our reception is staffed daily from 6.30 a.m. to 12 p.m. After that, the opening hours vary depending on the season.

Subject to change:

from July to September: from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
from October to June: from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Please check our opening hours by email or phone shortly before your arrival to ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in!

Outside opening hours, you can simply check in via our self-check-in terminal and collect your room card directly here. If you have any questions or problems, you can always reach us by telephone.

Have you already booked your stay and will arrive outside reception hours? Then simply check yourself in and collect your room card directly at the terminal!

Enter the reservation numer or the last name
Select "complete check-in"
Payment by pin card or credit card (no AMEX and Diners - NO CASH)

Your room number is on the room card. This also opens the entrance door and the garage (for bicycles and motorbikes only).

Payment by EC or credit card (AMEX and Diners are not accepted). The receipt or invoice will be available at reception from 6.30 a.m. onwards. Or you can also request the receipt or invoice by e-mail
